What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ophthalmic Assistant position at Clarity Eye?
We are excited to announce an opening at our office. Wonderful and happy work environment. We are seeking an ophthalmic assistant or technician for a young and growing ophthalmology and retina practice with opportunity for growth. Experience is preferred, but can train.
The job entails multiple medical assistant duties related to ophthalmology, including taking patient histories, using the computer to input data, checking patient vision and pressure, setting up rooms and inventory, and taking eye photos, including OCT and angiography, assisting front desk. Phlebotomy experience is recommended. Some typing, telephone conversations, light maintenance and cleaning work required. Bilingual preferred.

Must show ability to work well in a medical environment and communicate respectfully with patients and doctor, and willingness to learn.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
