Role Description The Patient Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Round Rock, TX. This position is responsible for greeting patients, checking them in and out, and ensuring accurate collection and entry of demographic, medical, and insurance information. Daily tasks include answering phones, managing appointment scheduling, confirming appointments, and coordinating referrals as needed. The role also involves verifying insurance coverage, explaining basic benefits, processing co-pays, and maintaining organized patient records. The Patient Service Representative works closely with clinical staff to support efficient patient flow, provides clear information about office procedures, and delivers courteous, professional service in every interaction.
Qualifications
