Position Summary
We're looking for energetic and personable individuals to join our team as Brand Promotions Associates. In this full-time, on-site position, you'll represent featured brands inside retail locations by connecting with shoppers, sharing product information, and helping create a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly, respectful, and professional manner.
- Introduce shoppers to featured products and current promotional campaigns.
- Explain product features and benefits in a clear and informative way.
- Help create an inviting and organized promotional space.
- Answer customer questions using company-provided training.
- Support daily promotional activities while maintaining company standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives.
- Participate in ongoing coaching and training sessions.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a retail environment and interacting with a variety of customers.
- Positive attitude with a dependable work ethic.
- Ability to learn new information and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or promotions is welcomed but not required.
