Bilingual Brand Representative | Hourly + Commission

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and bilingual professional to join our team as a Brand Representative. In this full-time, on-site role, you will represent our clients inside retail locations by connecting with customers, providing product information, and helping create a positive shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds, and is confident communicating in a customer-focused environment.

What You'll Do

• Interact with customers in both English and Spanish.
• Introduce customers to featured products and promotions.
• Answer questions and provide accurate product information.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional communication.
• Help maintain an organized and welcoming promotional area.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily objectives.
• Attend training sessions to stay informed about products and company updates.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable speaking with customers throughout the day.
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus but not required.

Work Location
