Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Executive Bookkeeper to support the CEO with financial management, bookkeeping operations, and executive-level administrative coordination. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting activities.

Key Responsibilities
Bookkeeping & Financial Management
- Manage daily bookkeeping activities including accounts payable and receivable
- Maintain accurate general ledger and financial records
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and loan statements
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Manage sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality
- Maintain organized financial files and documentation
Operational & Administrative Support
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Experience supporting executives or leadership teams preferred
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial reporting
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
