Clarity Cleaning, LLC is a small business in Onalaska, WI serving the surrounding Coulee Region. Our goal is to be dedicated to reducing stress and enhancing the lives of our clients by providing top-notch cleaning and organizing services in both Commercial and Residential spaces. We believe the first step to doing that is also caring for our team and developing strong leadership skills!

We are seeking enthusiastic team members who enjoy using their cleaning or organizational talents to enhance the lives of others. We ask these individuals to be trustworthy, thorough, friendly & have an eye for detail. We do appreciate cleaning experience, however cleaning experience is not always necessary - if you fit in our team we will train you and help you with everything you need to know to be a successful professional cleaner! The current position(s) we are looking to fill will take care of our Residential or Commercial Clients on a full-time or part time basis.

Job Title: Cleaning Technician

Job Description: As a Cleaning Technician at Clarity Cleaning, you will play a pivotal role in creating clean, organized, and welcoming spaces for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform cleaning and organizing tasks with precision and creativity in commercial and residential environments.
• Be able to perform maintenance, and deep cleaning duties in a knowledgeable and thorough manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adapt to varying work schedules and environments.
• Uphold a high level of attention to detail in all tasks.

• Have a phone with texting & calling capabilities.
• Have the ability to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 20-50 pounds.
• Flexible to work various shifts and adapt to changing schedules.
• Willingness to learn and be open to training.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

Part time and Full time Schedules available!

We are looking for those who have one of the following availabilities:

• Monday-Friday 4p-11p availability.
• Monday-Friday 8a-4:30p availability.
• Monday-Friday 10p-7p availability.

Pay:

• All Cleaning Technicians start at $18.50 per hour (may vary according to experience).
• All Cleaning Technicians are increased to $20 per hour within 2 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns. Yearly raises are also provided which coincide with performance evaluations.
• Top pay for our Cleaning Technician’s is $25.00.
• Paid bi-weekly - every other Friday, via direct deposit.
• Travel pay - see travel below.

Travel is expected.:

We are located in Onalaska and serve in Holman, West Salem, Onalaska, Lacrosse, and La Crescent.. We will travel further if a client is willing to pay a higher travel fee.

• You are required to travel up to 30 minutes, one-way, per day. We try to schedule as logically as we can, so typically, travel is less than this, but you must be able to travel.
• Do get paid for travel, you stay clocked in between jobs to receive your regular payrate per hour for travel.
