My client is a well-established, mid-sized General Contractor with offices in downtown Boston and Central Massachusetts. They’re known for delivering complex commercial projects with a focus on quality, long-term relationships, and integrity on the job site. The team has built a strong reputation across the state for their work in healthcare, higher education, life sciences, and senior living—and they’re looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager or Senior
Project Manager to help lead upcoming work in these sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met
- Manage client relationships, subcontractors, and project teams with clear communication and accountability
- Collaborate with estimating, field, and executive teams to support successful project execution
- Maintain project documentation, cost tracking, and reporting
- Ensure safety protocols are upheld on site at all times
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Demonstrated experience managing projects between $10M–$80M
- Background in one or more of the following sectors: healthcare, higher ed, life sciences, or senior living
- Strong leadership and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
