CLARITAS LLC
Cincinnati, OH Full Time
POSTED ON 5/22/2026
AVAILABLE BEFORE 7/22/2026

Position Summary

The Senior Salesforce Administrator will serve as the senior technical owner of the organization's Salesforce ecosystem, combining advanced administrator expertise with hands-on development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, APIs, integrations) to architect scalable solutions that optimize sales pipeline velocity, marketing automation, and customer service workflows. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing the Salesforce platform across a multi-channel sales organization, while ensuring data integrity, governance, and cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate will not only maintain the platform but continuously advance it to drive productivity, reporting accuracy, and user adoption.

Primary Responsibilities

Platform Ownership & System Administration

Serve as the primary technical owner of the Salesforce platform. Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings. Perform routine and advanced configuration including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, record types, and page layouts. Maintain system health through regular data cleansing, de-duplication, and data quality governance.

Salesforce CPQ Administration

Configure and manage product bundles, pricing rules, price books, and discount schedules. Design and maintain quote templates and multi-level approval chains. Manage CPQ across a multi-channel sales environment, ensuring pricing accuracy and process consistency. Lead CPQ data migrations, enhancements, and architecture improvements as the business evolves.

Integration & Development

Manage integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, and BI/reporting platforms. Leverage middleware tools (MuleSoft, Workato, or similar) to maintain and extend integration architecture. Scope and manage integration projects using REST/SOAP API knowledge. Write and maintain Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components, and complex Flows. Manage data migration and data quality initiatives across integrated systems.

Reporting, Dashboards & Sales Performance

Build and maintain executive dashboards and performance scorecards within Salesforce (Reports, Dashboards, CRM Analytics/Tableau). Configure pipeline management, forecasting, and sales velocity reporting. Implement automated alerting for neglected accounts, stalled deals, and rep performance thresholds. Support quota tracking and territory management for a 30–50 representative sales organization. Translate reporting needs into native Salesforce solutions that reduce reliance on manual data exports.

Process Optimization

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions. Streamline workflows and automate processes to improve operational efficiency. Ensure configuration aligns with company policies and operational needs.

System Enhancements & Governance

Manage Salesforce releases, updates, and third-party app implementations. Maintain sandbox environments and manage deployments using change sets or DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado, or similar). Own change management documentation including SOPs, release notes, and configuration records.

Training & Support

Develop and deliver user training, documentation, and ongoing support to drive adoption. Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce inquiries. Proactively identify adoption gaps and implement solutions to ensure the platform is used effectively.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong stakeholder management with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: 5–7 years of Salesforce Administration or related CRM experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM-201)
