Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Plant Manager based in South Carolina, United States. The Plant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient production processes, compliance with safety and quality standards, and adherence to operational goals. The role involves managing and leading plant staff, optimizing performance, enhancing operational efficiency, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The Plant Manager will also be responsible for fostering a safe and productive work environment while achieving company objectives.

- Strong interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is preferred.

- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
