Weekend Maintenance Technicians:
- Work 24 scheduled hours
- Receive pay equivalent to 36 hours
- Remain eligible for full benefits
- Saturday & Sunday
- 12-hour shifts
- 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- OR 10:00 PM – 10:30 AM
Availability Requirements
- Training occurs Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts.
- Additional Friday or Monday off-shifts will be required based on operational needs.
- Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled.

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and plant systems
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and utility issues
- Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
- Install and adjust machinery, controls, power systems, and utilities
- Operate machine shop equipment (lathe, mill, drill press, welder, etc.)
- Create and document work orders; track parts and maintenance activity
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow all PPE standards
- 2 years of maintenance mechanic experience (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems
- Technical training in mechanical or electrical systems (PLC knowledge preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and production specifications
- Strong problem-solving and basic computer/data entry skills
- Must supply and maintain personal hand tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident (sponsorship not available)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stoop, and work required weekend/OT schedule
