The Geneva, IL plant has been operating since 1960 and employs more than 265 people. As a Dry Application Facility, we manufacture batteries for the automotive and marine industries. We operate six days per week and are proud to support our community through organizations like The Salvation Army.

Weekend Schedule
- Saturday & Sunday
- 12-hour shifts
- 10:00 AM – 10:30 PM
- OR 10:00 PM – 10:30 AM
To Set You Up For Success
- Training takes place Monday–Friday and may rotate across shifts.
- Additional Friday or Monday shifts will be required based on operational needs.
- Candidates must be available to work either day when scheduled.

- Operate automated and semi-automated production equipment
- Perform quality checks and minor adjustments
- Assist with preventive maintenance
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Accurately record production data
- Follow all safety standards and PPE requirements
- 1 year manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout shift
- Comfortable working in warm manufacturing environments
- Basic computer and math skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility when needed
