What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Project Coordinator Intern (Summer 2026) position at Clarios?
What You Will Do
- Assist in the coordination and tracking of one or multiple IT projects within the IT Project Portfolio (projects related to Security, Customer Experience, or US Manufacturing).
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT PMO process improvement initiatives, especially those leveraging AI technology.
- Collect and analyze project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Hands-on project management experience working with IT Leads and Business Relationship Managers (BRMs) to initiate, plan, and obtain funding for an approved Global IT project.
How You Will Do It
- Helping to maintain project schedules, track Phase Gate and Budget progress.
- Preparing reports and presentations for senior management.
What We Look For
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer
- Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions, with the option to work in the office. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
