- Support Corp Services Team in iContact and iSupplier modules.
- Assist Corp Services Team in management of RFx events.
- Assist IT Indirect Procurement as needed.
- Further broaden scope & use of existing RFx template.
- Through data analytics determine where services suppliers are overlapping
- Generating a consistent approach to developing, releasing and end-to-end management of RFx process.
- Analyzing categories such as Marketing and Training where a large number of suppliers exist. Reduce supplier count through eliminating one time pay suppliers and helping develop a preferred supplier network.
- Assisting in loading and aligning contracts into Zycus that continue to be found or are completed outside of the system.
- Supporting to obtain signatures as necessary if non-DOA related document such as SOW or NDA.
- Assisting the team in consolidating supplier Q&A. Supporting communications within cross functional teams and with suppliers. Participating in analyzing price responses. Understanding levers of negotiation through observation of RFx events.
- Assisting the team in onboarding new suppliers, making supplier updates, and improving the supplier onboarding process.
- Currently enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited U.S. college or university.
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Management.
- Ability to be in the greater Milwaukee area in the summer.
- Duration: Summer 2026. Up to 40 hours per week. Part-time during the school year may be available.
- Working Arrangements: Hybrid internship – must have a quiet workspace away from interruptions if working remotely. Be able to maintain regular contact with the supervisor/team via virtual methods.
