What are the responsibilities and job description for the Battery Assembler position at Clarios?
- Adhere to plant safety guidelines
- Able to lift 25 lbs
- Able to work in a clean room environment and follow donning and doffing of required PPE
- Able to interact with other team members in a positive manner
- Able to learn and rotate through multiple work stations (Cell Assembly, Final Seal, Winding, Cell Packing)
- Able to follow operator description sheets to run equipment properly
- Understand calibration and monitoring of equipment
- Adjust equipment to produce quality parts
- Restock trays and material in cell assembly/winding production area
- Maintain 5S in the work area
- Performs additional duties as assigned in support of plant functions including and not limited to 5S audits, Clarios Manufacturing Systems audits, use of problem solving tools, Job Set-up, Finished Part Audit and Statistical Process Control.
