Position Summary:
The Facility Educator (Registered Nurse) plays a critical role in delivering comprehensive orientation and ongoing education to multidisciplinary staff across the facility. This role requires facilitating evidence-based training programs including Milieu Management, Suicide Awareness, Handle with Care, Verbal De-escalation, Get SMART, and other facility, corporate or regulatory-required competencies. The Facility Educator collaborates closely with leadership, human resources, and performance improvement teams to identify learning needs, develop tailored education plans, and validate competency effectiveness.

Qualifications

Facility Educator Job Requirements
- ASN Required, BSN Preferred
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills & the ability to work with staff and patients of all ages
- 3-5 years of related work experience required. 5-8 years of related work experience preferred
