Duties

- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to inquiries and reservations.
- Assist guests with room assignments, special requests, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details while ensuring data privacy.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
- Foster positive guest relations by resolving issues swiftly and professionally to enhance overall guest experience.
- Uphold hospitality standards by maintaining cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Support hotel management in administrative tasks or special projects as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is highly preferred.
- Strong background in customer service within the hospitality industry, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, enabling effective communication with diverse guests.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems enhances efficiency.
- Experience handling night audit procedures or working overnight shifts is a plus.
- Knowledge of resort operations or large-scale hospitality environments is beneficial.
