What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Clarion Pointe at Savannah Gateway?
Clarion Pointe Savannah Gateway I-95 is looking for a Full-Time Front Desk Agent for the shift:
7am-3pm
with some the flexibility to possibly work 3pm-11pm or 11pm-7am. Position requires someone with excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform duties with accuracy in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work with computers, use common office equipment, answer multi-line phone system.
Front Desk Duties include:
-Making Reservations
-Checking guest in/out of hotel
-Assigning rooms for incoming guest
-Collecting and processing guest payments
-Providing excellent customer service to the standards set by Clarion Pointe
-Cleaning the front desk and high traffic areas
Applicants need to have a flexible schedule with the ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays. All Shift Availability
