Key Responsibilities:
- Administer prescribed medications to residents as directed by physicians and nurses, ensuring accurate dosage and documentation.
- Monitor residents’ vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration.
- Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and toileting as needed.
- Document residents' health status, changes in condition, and any adverse reactions to medications in the facility’s electronic health records (EHR).
- Follow safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Respond to resident call lights promptly and address their needs or communicate with nursing staff as necessary.
- Support nursing staff with medical and personal care tasks, including specimen collection and transport to labs.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration and documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to resident care.
