Key Responsibilities:
Review medical records, physicians notes and other relevant documents to determine the suitability of potential residents
Serve as the primary point of contact for families and referral sources during the admission process
Conduct tours of the facility and provide detailed information about services, amenities and care provided
Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, hospital discharge planners and social workers to coordinate admissions
Ensure all paperwork is completed in a timely manner
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient admissions and documentation

Requirements:
High school diploma required
Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology.
2 years of experience in a healthcare facility or related setting
