Duties

- Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing information and assistance to callers in multiple languages if applicable
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and hospitality management expertise
- Conduct nightly audits by reviewing financial transactions, balancing accounts, and preparing reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns effectively and ensuring a memorable stay for every visitor
- Assist with reservations, room assignments, and updating guest records using hotel management software
- Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all front desk operations run seamlessly during your shift
Skills
