Duties
- Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience during overnight hours
- Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide accurate information with professional phone etiquette
- Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurate and properly documented
- Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy levels, and any incidents that occur during your shift
- Monitor security cameras and perform safety checks around the property to uphold guest safety and hotel security standards
- Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional guest relations to foster loyalty
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area while adhering to hotel policies and procedures
Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a focus on night audit responsibilities
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world
- Strong knowledge of hotel management systems, accounting procedures, and guest services protocols
