Duties
- Supervise all bar operations, including food and beverage , serving, and customer interactions to ensure top-tier service.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize profitability.
- Oversee TOAST POS for accurate cash handling, sales tracking, and reporting.
- Train and develop staff on Drink preparation techniques, customer service standards, safety protocols, and proper handling procedures.
- Coordinate shift management by scheduling staff efficiently to meet customer demand during peak hours while maintaining quality standards.
- Enforce Bar safety regulations and cleanliness standards to ensure compliance with health codes in all food and beverage areas.
- Lead hiring efforts by interviewing candidates, onboarding new team members, and fostering a positive team environment focused on growth and excellence.
Experience
- Proven management experience in a quick service with strong supervisory skills.
- Extensive background bar management within casual dining or fine dining environments.
- Familiarity with POS for cash handling and sales processing.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee inventory control, budgeting, and cost management in a hospitality setting.
- Experience training staff on bar safety practices, customer service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Prior involvement in restaurant or hotel management roles with responsibilities including shift management, team leadership, and customer engagement.
- Knowledge of catering operations or banquet experience is a plus; culinary experience or barista expertise is advantageous for this role.
