We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team at Clarion Hotel - The Colony. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help create memorable experiences for our guests during their stay.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions.
- Perform night audit duties as required to ensure financial accuracy.
- Assist with phone reservations and inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed.
- Bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
