- Compensation: $58,000–$65,000 per year (based on experience).
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
- Location : Full-time, on-site at our Lincoln, NE office.

- Serve as the primary liaison between the office and the field; support technicians to ensure they have what they need to succeed.
- Lead the branch's recruitment efforts by screening applicants and scheduling interviews for the management team to ensure we hire the best talent.
- Act as the first point of contact for walk-in inquiries and phone calls, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards.
- Handle all billing, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Manage registrations, maintenance schedules, and logs for the company vehicle fleet.
- Ensure all equipment and logins are ready for new hires on Day 1.
- Register equipment for manufacturer warranties and manage rebate submissions.
- Support managers in company meetings, training courses, and mail distribution.
- Outgoing, motivated, and a "self-starter" who takes initiative without being asked.
- Minimum 1 years of office experience (HVAC or Trades experience highly preferred).
- Proven experience in AP/AR.
- Expert in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exceptional ability to speak professionally with both high-value customers and internal employees.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to sit or stand at a desk for extended periods up to 8 hours per day.
- Constant operation of computers, phones, and other office machinery.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move office supplies or mail weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to move around the office to greet visitors and assist with on-site needs.
