As an Allen Service Drain Technician, you’ll be the front line in diagnosing, clearing, and repairing drain and sewer issues for residential customers. You’ll use top-of-the-line equipment and technology to identify problems, provide clear solutions, and ensure every customer experience reflects our commitment to quality and integrity

- Perform residential and light commercial drain cleaning, maintenance, and inspections.
- Operate cable machines, jetters, and sewer cameras to diagnose and clear blockages.
- Provide repair or replacement recommendations with clear communication and integrity.
- Deliver outstanding customer service through education, empathy, and professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and timely job documentation in ServiceTitan.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture.
- 1 years of residential or commercial drain cleaning experience preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving mindset.
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; plumbing or drain certifications a plus.
- Team player with integrity, accountability, and a passion for customer care.
- Must be willing to participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency drain service.
- Proven attendance record and must be able to pass drug screen and background check.
