Position Summary

What You’ll Do

• Keep a constant, focused watch over the pool—because safety never takes a break
• Prevent accidents by enforcing rules and educating swimmers in a positive way
• Respond confidently to emergencies, including rescues and first aid situations
• Use CPR, AED, First Aid, and Oxygen when needed
• Create a welcoming, fun, and safe environment for all members and guests
• Complete incident reports and maintain clear communication with your team
• Help with pool setup, cleanup, and daily operations
• Participate in hands-on trainings, drills, and skill-building sessions

What You Bring

• Minimum age: 16 (based on local requirements)
• Current (or willing to obtain):
• Lifeguard Certification
• CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer
• First Aid
• Strong awareness, quick thinking, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Positive attitude and commitment to safety

Physical Requirements

• Ability to swim, perform rescues, and stay alert for long periods
• Ability to lift or assist individuals in distress
• Strong visual and auditory awareness
