Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to business clients and professionals
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware & software issues
- Support network infrastructure, servers, switches, firewalls, and access points
- Document incidents and resolutions
- Collaborate with the IT team members on larger projects and installations
- Ensure timely escalation of complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.
Skills
- Proven experience in technical support roles.
- Strong Time managemnet skills and the ability to multitask
- Diverse knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems and software troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with computer networking concepts including LAN setup, VPNs, firewalls, and network security protocols.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management including server administration and network device configuration.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high customer service standards.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
