Clarion Bathware is seeking a motivated and hands-on individual for a General Labor position, with a primary focus on entry-level facility and production equipment maintenance tasks within our manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in industrial maintenance and operational support.
Responsibilities
Execute routine preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on production equipment, which includes checking fluid levels, replacing filters, lubricating parts, and light mechanical adjustments.
Assist Skilled Maintenance Techs with large-scale repairs and troubleshooting of key machinery (e.g. mixers, pumps, sprayers, fiberglass choppers).
Operate basic hand and power tools safely to perform minor repairs on upkeep on production line machinery.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area, ensuring equipment is kept clear of debros and build-up to prevent operations issues.
Troubleshoot and quickly identify and report operational anomalies, leaks, excessive noise, or needed repairs to the Maintenance Supervisory PROMPLTY.
Follow Standard Operating Procedures and strictly adhere to all company and OSHA safety guidelines, espectially regarding LOCKOUT/TAGOUT (LOTO) procedures.
Willingness to assist with general production labor and operational support as needed to meet manufacturing goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
Strong Mechanical Aptitude and interst in learning basic INDUSTRIAL maintenance and repair techniques.
Any prior experience or familitary working with industrial equipment such as pumps, sprayers, large-scale mixing machinery, or automated production lines is a significant PLUS.
Basic experience using common hand and power tools
Ability to work independently, troubleshoot simple issues, and manage time effectively.
Physical Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing environment.
