Clarifi Staffing Solutions is excited to present an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) Teacher to join a supportive Georgia school district for the 2025–2026 academic year. We are seeking a skilled educator who is passionate about providing specialized instruction and meaningful support to students who are deaf or hard of hearing across multiple grade levels.
As the DHH Teacher, you will play a key role in ensuring students receive high-quality, accessible instruction tailored to their unique communication and learning needs. You will collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to foster an inclusive environment where students can thrive academically and socially.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, individualized instruction aligned with student goals.
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student progress to inform instruction.
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Promote effective communication among students, families, and educational teams.
- Adapt and modify curriculum materials to support accessibility and student engagement.
- Offer training, guidance, and resources to school staff to strengthen support for DHH learners.
Requirements
- Fluency in ASL is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Deaf Education or a related field.
- Valid Georgia PEL with an endorsement in Deaf and Hard of Hearing.
- Successful completion of background check and drug screening prior to start date.
