Job Description:
Deliver speech and language therapy services to grade school students, focusing on individualized communication needs. Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes. Conduct both initial assessments and re-evaluations to inform interventions and measure student growth. Apply evidence-based practices to enhance articulation, language development, and overall communication skills. Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s goals. Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to provide consistent support and promote student achievement.
Requirements
- Current Illinois state SLP license.
- Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Pass a background check, drug screen, and reference check.
- Provide proof of Illinois PEL with Speech Therapy endorsement.
