Special Education Teacher – Grades 1–3 | Self-Contained Classroom | Full-Time | 25/26 School Year
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a Minnesota school district for the current school year. This full-time position serves a self-contained classroom for students in grades 1–3, providing an opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of young learners with a range of learning differences and support needs.
In this role, you will design and lead a nurturing, structured learning environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. You’ll provide individualized instruction in core subject areas while promoting communication, independence, and positive behavior. Working closely with a multidisciplinary team—including paraprofessionals, therapists, and families—you’ll ensure that every student’s educational experience is cohesive, supportive, and empowering.
Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), tracking student progress, and using data-driven strategies to inform instruction. You’ll create engaging lessons tailored to each learner’s unique strengths and challenges, helping them achieve both short-term and long-term goals.
The ideal candidate is patient, creative, and student-focused, with a strong belief in every child’s ability to succeed. Experience in a self-contained or specialized instructional setting is preferred. A Minnesota teaching license with a Special Education endorsement is required.

Requirements
Candidates should have proven experience as a Special Education Teacher or in a comparable educational role, with a solid background in supporting students with diverse learning needs and disabilities. A valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license is required. Applicants must hold at least a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, though a master’s degree in Special Education or a related field is preferred.
