Now Hiring: Elementary Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year
Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a lasting difference in the lives of young learners? We’re searching for a dedicated SLP to join an enthusiastic elementary education team for the 2025–2026 academic year. This full-time, school-based position offers an exciting opportunity to support students’ communication development in a collaborative, student-centered environment.
In this role, you’ll provide comprehensive speech and language services, including assessments, therapy, and progress monitoring. You will develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of communication challenges, including articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs. Your expertise will directly impact students' ability to access the curriculum, engage with peers, and build confidence in their communication skills.
You’ll collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to align speech services with each student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP). Your responsibilities will include attending IEP meetings, maintaining accurate documentation, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team focused on student growth. Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as is a passion for helping students overcome barriers to learning and participation.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active Georgia licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFYs are welcome to apply with supervision provided
- Strong understanding of IEP development, documentation, and progress tracking
- Experience in an educational setting working with diverse student populations is highly desirable
