Duties and Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum occupancy and revenue levels by maintaining and building relationships with current and prospective residents, as well as local healthcare professionals.
- Coordinate all aspects of the sales process from initial inquiries to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
- Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for increasing qualified inquiries, traffic, and sales.
- Compile weekly marketing reports detailing inquiries, tours, move-ins, move-outs, and outreach efforts.
- Capture key data on inquiries and log into lead management software within 48 hours to maintain accurate records.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or sales preferred.
- Minimum five years' experience in marketing and sales, preferably in senior living.
- Management experience is a plus.
Compensation
The starting salary for this position is $87,000 per year, based on experience, with opportunities for bonuses.
