Part Time Nanny - 20 - 30 Guaranteed Hours/Week

Location: Clarence, NY

We are a busy, welcoming family in Clarence looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced nanny to join our family. We have four wonderful children (ages 10, 6, and 2-year-old twins) and are seeking someone who enjoys engaging with children of different ages while creating a safe, fun, and organized environment.

This position will begin as a part-time role with guaranteed 20–30 hours per week, working two weekdays from approximately 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM. There is potential for additional hours—and possibly a full-time position—for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for four children.
• Prepare breakfast, lunch, snacks, and simple meals for the children.
• Clean up after meals and keep the kitchen tidy.
• Assist with the children’s laundry.
• Keep play areas, toys, and children’s spaces clean, organized, and safe.
• Help school-aged children with homework when needed.
• Plan age-appropriate activities, crafts, reading, and outdoor play.
• Monitor children’s daily supplies and communicate with parents when items such as diapers, wipes, snacks, or other essentials are running low.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding the children’s day, milestones, concerns, and any important updates.

Qualifications

• Previous professional childcare experience is required.
• Experience caring for toddlers, twins, or multiple children is strongly preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are highly preferred.
• Reliable transportation.
• Dependable, punctual, trustworthy, and organized.
• Patient, energetic, nurturing, and engaging.
• Excellent communication skills.
