As a Weekend LPN, you will provide high-quality care to our patients in our subacute and long-term care settings. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality patient care: Providing skilled nursing care to patients with complex conditions, including progressive illnesses and injuries.
- Conducting assessments and evaluations: Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Developing and implementing care plans: Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Maintaining accurate records: Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
