NIGHT AUDITOR
Location: AC Hotel -125 Front St, Worcester, MA
Salary range: $22.00 - $23.00
Shifts: 11pm to 7am, Weekends and Weekdays

JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Night Auditor is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the security of the hotel during nighttime hours.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Reporting: Accurately balance daily financial transactions and prepare comprehensive nightly audit reports.
- Guest Services: Manage guest check-ins and check-outs and address any inquiries or requests from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Security Oversight: Ensure the safety and security of the hotel during the night shift.
- Accounting Duties: Audit, balance, post, and report on front desk, rooms, and food and beverage outlets’ cash and credit transactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Highschool or equivalent experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting and financial reporting.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Yardi experience is helpful but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- This position may occasionally require lifting luggage up to 50 pounds.
