ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Sales Manager will be responsible for supporting the company’s sales objectives by providing the sales team with clear goals and guidance on how to achieve production expectations. Community relations are also an integral part of this role, and the Sales Manager is expected to develop strategic alliances with community partners and lead the Community Relations Coordinator to jointly achieve the organization’s goals.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversight and guidance of sales team
- Supporting Agents with marketing plans and goal attainment
- Evaluating Agent presentation skills
- Coaching and re-training of agents when applicable
- Ensure agents comply with CMS’s guidelines and Claremedica’s Policies and Procedures
- Monthly Monitoring
- Monthly Sales Agent and Center metrics
- Cancellation and Disenrollment‘ monitoring and forms
- Monitoring of Sales Agent Complaints.
- Community and Provider Relations
- Working hand-in-hand with the sales team, community relations team, center administrators, health plans and brokers to find and forge new relationships in the community and with key partners.
- Sales Training & Presentation
- Conduct new agent onboarding, training and yearly re-certification training
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Sales Management and or Provider Relations or 5 years’ experience in Medicare related Sales.
- Strong knowledge of Medicare rules and regulations
- Bachelor’s degree a plus
- Driver’s license and dependable means of transportation.
- Experience with MS/Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) required
- Bilingual a plus (Spanish and Creole)
- Existing relationships in the marketplace with Health Plans, FMO’s, community contacts/influencers, physicians, specialists, hospitals, nursing homes and Assisted Living Facilities.
