We are seeking candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• End-to-End Process Design and Discovery: Expertise in mapping, analyzing, and re-designing complex business processes, with a focus on Lead-to-Cash (L2C) and Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) cycles.
• Subscription Economy: Direct experience advising or implementing solutions for businesses transitioning to or operating within subscription-based or recurring revenue models.
• Advanced Process & Workshop Facilitation: Experience leading deep-dive discovery workshops and defining future-state processes with senior client stakeholders.
• Healthcare Tech: Electronic Health Records, RLCM, or other payment technologies
• Project management
• Stakeholder management

Furthermore, we require candidates to have: 3-6 years of experience in consulting at a consulting firm with a focus on client-facing roles.

Attributes that would be nice to have;

• Experience with process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining) or L2C/Q2C enabling technologies (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Zuora).
