Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Take dine-in, takeout, and pickup orders accurately
- Assist with preparing and packaging pizzas and other menu items
- Process cash, card, and other approved payment transactions
- Communicate customer requests and special instructions to kitchen staff
- Verify completed orders for accuracy before serving or packaging
- Assist customers with menu questions and product information
- Maintain clean, organized, and welcoming dining and service areas
- Restock pizza boxes, ingredients, beverages, condiments, utensils, and other supplies
- Operate POS and order-processing systems as trained
- Assist kitchen and service team members during busy periods
- Follow food safety, sanitation, cash-handling, and workplace safety procedures
- Support opening, closing, and general restaurant duties
- Perform additional food service responsibilities assigned by management
