Clapp Moroney Vucinich Beeman and Scheley is a well-established, 45 years strong, civil defense firm. Several of our attorneys are ABOTA trial attorneys and several have been identified and awarded the title of "Super Lawyers" in the Bay Area.
We are seeking an Associate Attorney for our Pleasanton office to become a part of our team! This position is eligible for hybrid remote work.
Ideal Candidate:
- Must be licensed to practice law in California with some experience in civil litigation, deposition and discovery practice.
- Experience in practicing general civil litigation (including personal injury, catastrophic injury, wrongful death, landlord tenant litigation).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Will have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Will enjoy being part of a team
This position is hybrid. Compensation is Competitive and DOE.
