Clapier Construction Company, Inc. (3C) is expanding our team and seeking motivated, qualified individuals to join our growing fiber optic division. If you have a strong work ethic and are ready to contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you. Current Openings:
- Heavy Equipment Operator – Experience with backhoe, Dozer/Plow, mini excavator, and rock excavation (CDL preferred).
- CDL Class A Driver – Responsible for hauling heavy equipment to and from jobsite and operating dump trailers (CDL preferred).
- Construction Laborer – Assist with underground conduit installation, shovel work, and utility locating (CDL preferred).
- Telecom Lineman – Perform aerial and underground fiber optic installation (CDL preferred).
- Directional Bore Operator – Operate and manage directional drilling equipment for conduit installation (CDL preferred).
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid CDL (preferred for certain positions)
- Willingness to work hard and travel as needed
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality
Compensation:
Pay is dependent on experience (DOE)
