Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the academic and administrative functioning of Classes 3–8.
Lead, manage, and support teaching staff to ensure high-quality instruction.
Monitor lesson planning, classroom practices, and student progress.
Ensure implementation of curriculum standards and school policies.
Promote a culture of academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Coordinate assessments, analyze results, and implement improvement plans.
Maintain effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
Respond to and investigate parental concerns regarding curriculum, teaching standards, and academic management.
Organize and supervise co-curricular and extracurricular activities.

Job Responsibilities:
Identify, evaluate, and onboard uniform suppliers and manufacturers.
Develop and maintain relationships with local and international vendors.
Conduct supplier audits to ensure quality, compliance, and ethical standards.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms.
Manage end-to-end sourcing of uniforms, including fabric, accessories, and finished products.
Forecast demand and coordinate procurement schedules.
Ensure timely availability of uniforms across locations.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Ensure uniforms meet company specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate sampling, approvals, and bulk production follow-ups.
Resolve quality issues with suppliers.
Analyze procurement costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Compare vendor quotations and optimize sourcing strategies.
Monitor market trends in textiles and manufacturing.
Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
Prepare supply chain performance reports.
