Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Bouncer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons at our venue. As a Bouncer, you will be responsible for enforcing rules and regulations, checking IDs, managing crowd behavior, and ensuring the overall safety of guests and staff.
Duties
- Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the venue.
- Manage crowd control during peak hours to prevent overcrowding and ensure guest safety.
- Respond promptly to any incidents or disturbances, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to handle serious incidents or emergencies.
- Provide first aid and CPR assistance in case of medical emergencies.
- Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue and identify potential issues before they escalate.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage within the establishment.
Experience
