Position
Full-Time Entry-Level BIM Technician/Junior BIM Coordinator
The Entry-Level BIM Technician position is ideal for an individual with foundational BIM knowledge, wanting direct experience supporting our project design team, eventually transitioning to a BIM Coordinator role. You will work with an interdisciplinary team of engineers and designers performing tasks such as, but not limited to:
· Developing and maintaining BIM models using software such as Revit
· Assisting with model setup, file organization, and project standards
· Supporting clash detection and coordination efforts using tools like Navisworks
· Participating in coordination meetings and tracking issue resolution
· Ensuring models comply with company BIM standards and client requirements
· Creating and managing drawings, schedules, and documentation from BIM models
· Helping in model update management, version control, and data consistency
· Collaboration with internal teams and external partners to resolve design conflicts
Qualifications
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
· Basic experience with BIM software (Revit preferred)
· Familiarity with Navisworks or other coordination tools is a plus
· Understanding of construction documents and design processes
Preferred (Not Required)
· Internship or co-op experience in AEC industry
· Exposure to BIM standards and workflows
· Experience with AutoCAD, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud
