Detail Counters are responsible for accurately verifying inbound merchandise by matching physical product to purchase orders (POs) before electronically receiving the POs into the AS400 system using RF scanners. This role is critical to inventory accuracy, vendor compliance, and downstream operations within the distribution center.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow all DC safety guidelines
- Communicate discrepancies to leadership effectively and immediately
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy to prevent inventory discrepancies
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized
- Able to work independently as well as interdepartmentally as necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2 years warehouse experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel / Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and written communication
- Ability to maneuver up to 60 pounds, walk, bend and reach for extended periods and push carts up to 25 pounds
- Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
- Able to work weekends based on business needs

- Sick Time: For the State of Washington, all employees will accrue paid sick time at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked.
