Sales Leadership: Drive store revenue by hitting sales targets, promoting special offers, and upselling products.
Customer Service: Provide style advice, deliver a welcoming shopping environment, and manage customer interactions.
Ear Piercing Services: Complete company training to become a certified piercing specialist and perform safe ear piercings.
Visual Merchandising: Maintain attractive product displays, restock shelves, and keep the store organized.
Operations: Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions, manage inventory, and open or close the store.
Team Coaching: Help train, motivate, and guide sales associates in alignment with company goals.
Requirements

The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.

Requirements
- must be 18 years old
- required to pierce (you will be trained)
- prior register knowledge
- open availability
- will receive 20-35hrs a week
- basic math for cash handling
- comfort working in a fast-paced environment
