Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and achieve or exceed store targets, KPIs, and conversion goals
- Lead, coach, and develop the store team to deliver strong performance and customer service
- Create a fun, engaging, and customer-focused environment aligned with the Icing brand
- Manage daily store operations, including scheduling, payroll, and inventory control
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are executed to drive sales and enhance the customer experience
- Motivate the team to build customer relationships, promote key services (such as ear piercing), and increase units per transaction
- Monitor store performance metrics and implement action plans to address opportunities
- Maintain operational excellence, including loss prevention, safety, and compliance standards
- Recruit, hire, and onboard new team members
Qualifications:- Previous retail management experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
