As a Part-Time Store Assistant Manager, you are a sales-driven leader and certified
Piercing Specialist who plays a critical role in delivering safe, professional piercing services
while driving store performance during key shifts. You lead by example on the sales floor,
uphold Claire’s Clinical Piercing Standards, and ensure piercing services are executed
with precision, consistency, and care.
You reinforce selling behaviors, elevate piercing and retail performance, and support
operational excellence while fostering a positive, accountable team environment. Through
confident coaching and strong execution, you help your team deliver exceptional guest

- Deliver professional ear-piercing services in accordance with Claire’s Clinical
- Follow all sterilization, hygiene, and infection-prevention procedures with precision
- Educate guests and guardians through informed consent, eligibility screening, and
- Maintain certification requirements and complete ongoing piercing skill
Customer Experience | Brand Ambassador
- Inspire customers and teammates through confident brand storytelling.
- Consistently deliver friendly, engaging services that keep customers coming back
- Lead by example on the sales floor, demonstrating strong selling behaviors and

Job Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Previous retail experience, with exposure to sales or leadership responsibilities
- Strong customer service and selling skills.
- Ability to provide feedback and guidance to peers in a supportive way.
- Comfort operating POS systems and handling cash accurately.
- Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise (up to 25–75 lbs as required).
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and use ladders or step stools safely.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must become a certified Claire’s Piercing Specialist and perform piercings in strict
- Demonstrate controlled, standardized piercing technique with precision and
composure with pediatric and first-time guests.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
