Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 base plus bonus benefits, depending on experience

They are seeking an experienced, tech-savvy professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can quickly shift gears while delivering high-quality planning support. This role is designed for someone with deep planning expertise who can provide strategic plan recommendations.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret and analyze client situations, providing proactive insights and recommendations
- Research and design customized planning strategies, leveraging financial planning software
- Collaborate with advisors to build and refine complex financial plans tailored to client needs
- Manage plan creation, updates, and deliverables with a high level of accuracy
- Support client meetings by preparing materials, running scenarios, and handling follow-up tasks
- Sit in on meetings to explain complex plan strategy as needed
- Partner with the operations and service teams to ensure seamless client experience
- Balance multiple priorities and projects with agility and attention to detail
Qualifications:
- 5 years of financial planning/paraplanning experience
- Series 7 & 66
- CFP completed coursework or designation preferred
- Life & Health Insurance license preferred
- Proficiency in trade operations, portfolio analysis & construction, rebalancing, tax loss harvesting and ENV2
- Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and tools; advanced tech proficiency required
- Demonstrated ability to anticipate advisor/client needs and take initiative
- Comfortable working in a small team environment with straightforward communication style
