JOB SUMMARY:
Provide Tier I technical assistance and support for issues related to application permissions, software, and hardware.

- Install, modify, and repair printers, computer hardware, and software

EXPERIENCE:
- Windows OS installation and troubleshooting
- Hardware troubleshooting (desktops, laptops, peripherals)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Comprehension of basic networking architecture and troubleshooting
- Basic Active Directory knowledge
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
- Work with employees across all company locations and departments to assess and respond to IT needs
- Interact with hardware and software vendors to resolve user problems
- Responsible for desktop configurations, imaging and providing maintenance of these systems
- Document tickets, changes, and system configurations
- Analyzes users' system problems and provide solutions
- Onboarding new users
- End user hardware deployment
